Fabrication is the original NTOS trade. We install and build custom signs, mantels, structural components, as well as small building erection and unique machining.

Custom Handrails or Decorative fencing

Whether it’s antique or new, traditional or modern, custom metal work is an art that requires attention to detail.  

Carpentry

From cabinets to rough framing, let NTOS help. We build fences, decks, pergolas, as well as custom designed cabinets, or bar-tops.  Familiar with the market's best materials from reclaimed barn wood to freshly sawn lumber, we'll construct the perfect fit for your purpose. 

Property Maintenance 

Part of our business is keeping your property up and running, as well as looking fresh and clean.  Be it routine maintenance or re-working a landscape bed.  We'll visit your asset upon request or with scheduled visits with our personal touch; addressing what's needed but take pride going the extra mile.   

Aerial Photos & Videos

Interested in a video or pictures showcasing your property.  We're versed in the FAA's part 107 guidelines and provide these services.   

Installations

From steel or wood fabrication and assembly to doors or windows, we'll install the right structure for your home or business. Our team is capable of performing home remodels to commercial tenant finish outs. 

Overhead Doors to Ceiling Grid

If it comes packaged, our team will assemble and install.  If not, let us know the specifications you desire and we'll build it.

AutoCAD Design/Build

We see your vision for fountains, decorative features, or creative focal points.  We personally generate and detail your design from inception to its final placement.    

Electrical

Small electrical projects such as installing a lighting packages are no problem for NTOS.  If it exceeds our ability, we'll refer you or sub-contract the right people.  

Decorative Concrete

Our team pours, colors and stamps beautiful pattern concrete for your patio or parking lot.  Depending on the detail and scope we perform most of this in house to maintain our competitive pricing.

We have a team of preferred sub-contractors we often refer or will contract if it exceeds our capabilities.
